Our 30 Day Return Policy

 

Change of mind:

You may return any product you have purchased to us, that is not faulty, in its original condition and packaging within 30 days from the date it was purchased and receive a refund (minus any shipping paid).​

Wrong Size/Colour:

If the wrong size/colour in a product is purchased you may exchange this item within 30 days. Return the product unused and in original packaging to our PO box and the correct size will be sent within 3 business days of receiving and confirming the original purchase.

Faulty Item/Incorrect Product Received:

If a product arrives faulty or the incorrect item is sent please contact us at ketaliaequestrian@gmail.com with a photo of the item and we will organise a replacement as soon as possible at no extra charge. All items are checked before being posted but sometimes things get missed!
